Hong Kong
Hi all, safely in Hong Kong now. The trip was fine, and the family of my friend Karina with whom i am staying are all extremely friendly and welcoming. TOday karina and i went into the local village, then into on of the shopping districts. I bought a digital SLR camera (olympus E500) and a new suit! Both were total bargains!
Tomorrow i will finally meet Katie's parents, and start seeing the sights.

No news for a few days so we assume all is busy with you and Kate and family. I've never been out of the airport in Hong Kong so some photos would be nice. I assume that new camera works!

Hello Jeff,
Everything is good here, just a bit busy for my family and spend some time with them(coz my parents go to Shanghai for holiday on Sunday and they will be back after I leave HK). Also Matt and I went out early and head back late so i guess he has no time to update the photo.

yes, sorry all for the lack of contact, posts and pictures... i have been flat out here in Hong Kong. Actually, each day hasnt been as hectic as the peak in europe, but i am leaving the house early in the morning, and returning just for sleep - so i havent had much spare time near a computer. I will be sure to update the blog and catch up with everyone on my return. For now, i am having fun, eating lots of great stuff, seeing interesting things, meeting katies friends, and trying not to blow my whole years budget shopping! (its so cheap here!) mg
